It's the little things that confuse

If I had to guess (and it is only an educated guess, as I am not an expert ornithologist), I would say it is a Cooper’s hawk. They are not uncommon in urban and suburban settings. Here in Milwaukee it is not unusual to see them swooping around at treetop, searching for a meal.
